Can I change my premium plan from monthly billing cycle to yearly billing cycle and vice-versa?

Yes, users can change their billing plan from monthly to yearly or from yearly to monthly billing plans by accessing the ‘My Account Plan’ tab in the mobile app as well as the web application.

Please note that the billing plan change will affect at the time of next billing date only for the user based on their current billing cycle.
