I am a premium account plan user, what happens to my data if I don’t use the app?

We retain the data in your account as per our Terms of Service.

In cases where we do not receive payment of your premium account plan on the due date:

  • We block the access of such premium user accounts till the time all due payments are paid and the user account gets regularized

  • If we do not receive payments due for 3 months, then the account is considered as dormant account

  • Such dormant premium accounts will be deleted from our active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 6 months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months.
