We retain the data in your account as per our Terms of Service.
In cases where we do not receive payment of your premium account plan on the due date:
We block the access of such premium user accounts till the time all due payments are paid and the user account gets regularized
If we do not receive payments due for 3 months, then the account is considered as dormant account
Such dormant premium accounts will be deleted from our active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 6 months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months.
