I have not received an account verification email, what do I need to do?

You can follow the below instructions in case you have not received the account verification email: 

  • Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, legitimate emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Check these folders in your email to ensure that the verification email hasn't been mistakenly filtered as spam.

  • Resend the verification email: If you haven't received the verification email after waiting for some time, click on resend the verification email option again. This feature is often provided to address situations where the initial email didn't reach the recipient or was accidentally deleted.

  • Contact app support or customer service: If you have tried the above steps and still haven't received the verification email,you may write to us at support@recruitment.exchange. We shall investigate the issue, verify the status of your account, and assist in resolving any account setup related problems.
